摘要
目的建立血液免疫反应路线图实验系统。方法采用酵母菌激活法。结果酵母菌能激活血液免疫反应系统,血液免疫反应活性主要观察指标是黏附率、细胞因子介素8、CD35等指标。结论本研究为天然免疫研究提供了有用的实验方法。
Objective To establish experimental system of hemaimmune reaction road map. Methods Using yeast cell activation method. Results Yeast cell can activate hemaimmune reaction system. Main outcome index: The level of hemaimmune reaction activity was assessed by adhereing rate, IL-8,CD35, et al. Conclusion It can provide useful method for innate immune study.
