摘要
针对炉膛压力单回路调节系统,参考国内外一些600 MW燃煤发电机组的控制策略,提出了炉膛压力测量回路的信号处理模型。分析和研究了压力测量信号采集处理时减少系统波动的方法,并用仿真方法验证了该处理模型的优点和合理性。该方法现已成功用于邯峰电厂660 MW机组的炉膛压力控制系统。
Directing against singleloop system for regulating pressure in the furnace, through consulting control strategy of several 600 MW coalfiring powergenerating units at home and abroad, a singnal processing model for circuit measuring presure in the furnace has been put forward. The method for pressuremeasuring signal acquisition and processing for minimizing system fluctuation has been analyted and studied in detail, the advantages and resonableness of the said processing model being verified by using simulation method. The abovementioned method has already been successfully used in pressure control system for furnace of 600 MW unit at Hanfeng power plant.
