G102高温过热器管焊接接头开裂原因分析

摘要 对12Cr2MoWVTiB(G102)焊接接头断裂部位进行力学性能、扩散氢浓度、金相及扫描电镜等分析,结果表明:在焊缝的热影响区存在淬硬的马氏体组织,HV值达391~450,超过了G102基体组织硬度;焊后氢浓度超标,极易产生冷裂纹,从而造成焊接接头断裂失效. Analysis, such as mechanical property, diffuss hydrogen concentration, metallurgical, and scanning electronic microscope etc., of cracked part for welded joint of 12Cr2MoWVBiT(G102) steel tube on hightemperature superheater has been carried out. Results shows that the quench hardening martensitic organism exists in heat effect zone of the welded joint, HV value reaching 391~450, being higher than hardness of G102 steel's basic structure, the hydogen concentration after welding exceeding standard, being easily to produce cold cracks, thereby cracking failure of the welded joint occurred.
