血脂康降低高脂血症患者血清可溶性粘附分子含量的观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 观察血脂康治疗对高脂血症患者血清可溶性粘附分子的影响。方法  32例高脂血症患者 ,使用血脂康治疗 8周 ,观察治疗前后血脂、血清可溶性粘附分子sE Selectin、sICAM 1、sVCAM 1的变化 ,同时测定血清细胞因子IL 1β、TNF浓度。 结果 血脂康治疗后 ,TC、TG、LDL C显著下降 ,P均 <0 0 0 1,HDL C上升 ,P <0 0 1;sE Selectin、sICAM 1下降 ,P <0 0 2及P <0 0 1;IL 1β下降 ,P <0 0 0 5,TNF无明显改变 ,P >0 0 5。结论 血脂康治疗能使血清可溶性粘附分子sE Selectin、sICAM 1含量下降 ;并可使细胞因子IL 1β下降。 Objective To investigate effect of Xuezhikang administration on 1serum solule adhesion molecules in hyperlipidemics.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]32 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as study subjets.Blood lipid,sE Selectin, 1sICAM 1,sVCAM 1 and cytokines IL 1β,TNF were examined before and 8 weeks after Xuezhikang therapy.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]8 weeks after Xuezhikang treatment,TC,TG,LDL C were declined significantly, P <0 001 for each,and HDL C increased, P <0 01;sE Selectin,sICAM 1 were reduced markedly, P <0 02 and P <0 01 respectively;IL 1β was lowered, P <0 05,whereas TNF was not changed significantly, P >0 05 [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Xuezhikang adminstration may leads to reduction of sE Selectin,sICAM 1 and decline of IL 1β. [WT5”HZ]
