足底内侧皮瓣治疗足跟慢性溃疡

The treatment of the heel ulcer with medial side flap of sole

目的 采用足底内侧皮瓣治疗足跟部慢性溃疡。方法 选择 2 8例面积较小深及筋膜下足跟部慢性溃疡甚至跟骨有慢性化脓性感染患者 ,行足底内侧皮瓣转移治疗。结果 2 8例患者转移皮瓣均一期成活 ,供区股内侧中厚皮片移植也均一期成活 ,随访 8～ 2 3月疗效满意。结论 足底内侧皮瓣治疗足跟部小面积深部溃疡有效、可行 ,不失为一种值得提倡的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the value of medial side flap of sole to treat the heel ulcer.[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]Twenty eight patient were chosen to be healed with medial side flap of sole who had smaller area and deepened heel ulcer even had chronic inflammation of heel.[WT5”HZ]Results [WT5”BZ]All of twenty eight patient succeeded in flap tvanslation,there was a satisfactory treatment result after 8 23months follow up.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]It was effective and practicable with medial side flap of sole to treat smaller arer and deepend heel ulcer.and it might be a deserved advocating treatment method. [WT5”HZ]
