泽兰的降血脂作用研究

STUDY ON EFFECT DEPRESSING BLOOD-LIPID OF HERBA LYCOPI

用普通法和酶法分别观察了泽兰对正常家兔和实验性高血脂大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)和血清甘油三酯(TG)水平的影响。结果表明:每日灌服泽兰1g/kg,连续4d,能明显降低家兔 TC 和 TG 水平(P<0.05,<0.01)。连续喂养高脂饲料+泽兰675mg/kg·d,40d 后,实验性高血脂大鼠的 TG 水平也明显降低(P<0.01),说明泽兰具有一定的降血脂作用。

Herba Lycopis effect on the serum total cholesterols of normal rabbit and the big rat with ex- permental hyperlipemia and the standard of serum triglyceride was observed respectively with the common method and enzyme method.The result showes that Herba Lycopi was taken lg/kg per day,continously for 4 day.It was remarkably to depress TC of rabbit and standard of TG(P<0.05,<0.01)and the hyperlipemia and 675mg/kg·d of Herba Lycopi were taken,40 days later,the stardard of TG of the big rat with the experimental hyperlipemia was remark ably reduced,which means that Herba Lycopi has certain function of depressing blood-lipid.
