摘要
应用核仁组成区相关蛋白(AgNoR)染色技术和免疫组化技术对110例乳腺良恶性病变细胞核内 AgNOR 颗粒的数目、大小、形状、分布和三种类固醇激素受体(SR)进行了检测和观察,结果发现:AgNoR 颗粒/核在良性病变中为2.61±0.41,在恶性病变中为6.24±1.46,二者间差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。其大小、形状、分布在二者间也有明显不同。在乳腺癌中,随核分裂相的增高 AgNoR 颗粒/核也增高(P<0.05)。三种 SR 阳性率在良恶性病变中也有较大差异(P<0.005)。在乳腺癌中雌激素受体(ER)阳性率随核分裂相的增高而下降(P<0.05),ER 阳性率与 AgNOR 颗粒/核呈负相关关系(r=-0.951,P<0.01),表明癌组织分化好,AgNOR 颗粒/核少,ER 阳性率高,预后好。
A silver colloid technique for nucleolar organizer region (AgNOR)and immunohistologic technique for sex-steroid receptor (SR) were applied to paraffin section of 110 cases of breast le- sions.The results appeared that the number of AgNOR was 2.61±0.41 in benign lesions and 6.24±1.46 in malignant (P<0.01).The size,shape,location of AgNOR in nuclus varied greatly between benign and malignant lesions.The positive rates of three SR also showed greatly difference in benign and malignant lesions (P<0.05).The number of AgNOR increased and the positive rates of three SR decreased as the malignant lesions became poor(P<0.05).There was an inverse relation between positive rate of ER and the number of AgNOR (r=-0.951,P< 0.01).So that,the author obstained that the malignant lesions of breast became hood,the number of AgNOR was lower and the positive rates of SR were higher,the patients would have a prosper- ous prospect.
