胎儿角膜发育规律及其组织学观察

GROWING RULE OF FETAL CORNEAS

对47例12周至足月新生儿眼球的组织学进行了观察,结果角膜上皮在12周～6个月为2层,7～8个月为2～3层,9～10个月为3～4层,新生儿为3～5层;内皮均为1层,其总数随胎龄增加而增多;前、后弹力膜在12周时均已形成,随胎龄增长而增厚;基质层:细胞成分随胎龄的增加而减少;前1/4～1/3细胞成分较后1/4～1/3部为多;周边与中央细胞成分无明显差异;前1/3部纤维排列较后2/3乱;细胞核随胎龄的增长由圆形逐渐变为与角膜纤维方向一致的长梭形。

Histology of 47 fetal corneas were observated.The epithelium are 2 layers from 12 week to 6 month,2-3 layers from 7 to 8 month,3-4 layers from 9 to 10 month.3-5 layers in newborns. The endothelium are only 1 layer in fetales and newborns.Its inoreases as time of pregnancy goes on.Both Bowman's and Descement's have formed by 12 week their thickness inoreases as time of pregnancy goes on.The density of celles in corneal stroma of 1/3 anterior part is higher than 1/3 posterior.The fibre arrange in corneal stroma of 1/3 anterior part is more disorderly than 1/ 3 posterior.
