摘要
用细胞外引导单纤维动作电位(SF-AP)的方法,观察了家兔骨骼肌 SF-AP 和在同一运动单位中相邻两条肌纤维连续兴奋时间间隔的变化。结果表明:家兔骨骼肌 SF-AP 呈光滑双向锋电位,其振幅在3mV 以上,时程1.0~1.5ms;对7只家兔胫骨前肌相同位置引导出来的电位对的936个 jitter 值;经 jitter 数据处理仪及微机进行统计学处理,均值为31.56μs,P_(75)-P_(25),为54.99~14.61μs。
With the method of using a jitter data processing board and microcomputer for extracellular reording of single muscle fiber acton potentials(SF-AP).Authors obseved the SF-AP of skeletal muscle of rabbit and the time intervals between discharges recorded from two adjacent muscle fiber in the unique motor unit in the tibial anterior muscles in vivo,that is,jitter phenomenon.The results indicated that SF-AP were smooth positive—negative biphasic spike potentials with an am- plitude of 3 mV above,and duration of 1.0~1.5ms;The average of 936 jitter in potential pairs recored from the same potentials of tibial anterior muscles in 7 rabbits was 31.56μs,the percentile value of P_(75)—P_(25) is 54.99~4.61μs.
