左锁骨上淋巴结的解剖与观察

THE ANATOMY AND OBSERVATION OF LEFT SUPRACLAVICULAR LYMPH NODES

对50具成人标本的左锁骨上淋巴结进行了观察和测量。淋巴结的数目为3.88±1.36个(1～8个),左锁骨上淋巴结分布于左颈横动脉周围,沿其近端分布的淋巴结位于锁骨上三角内(58.24%),沿此动脉远端分布的淋巴结位于肩胛舌骨肌下腹与斜方肌前缘之间(41.76%)。有8例(8个)左锁骨上淋巴结直接贴于左静脉角。本文尚测量了左锁骨上淋巴结距周围结构的距离,并对有关的临床应用问题进行了讨论。

The observation and measurement of the left supraclavicular lymph nodes of 50 adult's samples were carried out.The number of lymph nodes are 3.88±1.36(1～8). Left supraclavicular lymph nodes were distributed to the surrounding of the transverse cervical artery.The supraclavicular lymph nodes along the near end of them lie on the upper triangles of clavicle(58.24%)and lymph nodes distributed along the far end of them lie between the inferior belly ofeomophoid muscles and the front edge oftrapezius muscles(41.76%).The left supraclavicular lymph nodes of eight cales directly adbered to the angulus venous.The distance of the surroounding construction of the left supra- clavicular lymph nodes has also been measured and the related clinical application has been discussed in this paper.
