一战期间 ,美国政府采取紧急措施 ,号召全国人民参加和支援战争 ,实行国民经济动员 ,建立庞大的后勤供应体系 ,统一人力、物力、财力为战争服务 ,从而建立起一套战争动员体制 。

During the WWⅠ,the American Government adopted pressing measures,called on all people to join and support the war, carried out the mobilization of national economy, set up a huge logistics system and mustered all man power, material resources and financial resources to serve the war. With the measures above, the American set up the mechanism of internal mobilization, which formed the System of Expeditionary Forces (AEF) .
