胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化

ALTERATIONS OF PERIPHERAL BLOOD T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS IN PATIENTS WITH IDDM

为了探讨胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(IDDM)患者外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群的变化,本文采用单克隆抗体技术测定了35例 IDDM 患者的外周血 T 细胞亚群,同时测定了胰岛素抗体和糖基化血红蛋白(GHb),发现早期 IDDM 患者CD_3,CD_8阳性细胞数明显低于对照组(P<0.01);CD_4/CD_8值显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。随病程延长这种变化逐渐消失(P<0.05)。早期 IDDM 患者 CD_4/CD_8值与 GHb 呈中度正相关(r=0.5684)。可见,外周血 T 淋巴细胞亚群的失衡是IDDM 发病的一个重要因素,其失衡程度与早期病程呈正相关。

It is possible to subclassify T lymphocytes by means of CD series monoclonal antibody.The aim of this study is to determine the role of cell—mediated immunity in the outcome of IDDM.It studied the alterations in the peripheral blood T lymphoglocyte subsets,insulin antibody and gly- cated hemoglobin (GHb) in 35 IDDM patients.The results showed that the CD_3 and CD_8 positive cells,and CD_4/CD_8 ratios of newly diagnosed IDDM were higher significantly than that of normal controls(P<0.01).There was a moderate positive association between CD_4/CD_8 ratios and GHb in newly diagnosed IDDM(r=0.5681).The results suggest that T lymphocyte subsets derange- ment is the trigger factor of IDDM development,and the degree of the derangement is positively associated with the severity of the desease in early stage.
