摘要 本文开发研制了可控制配气机构温度和润滑条件,进行动力学特性试验和耐久性试验研究的配气机构综合试验系统。该试验系统包括润滑油系统、循环水系统、试验控制系统、被试配气机构、数据采集分析系统等五部分。试验系统应用动态信号分析仪提高动力学特性试验数据采集精度,采用气门加速度与气门位移数据融合的方法削弱干扰信号,提取气门速度信号,此外,试验系统程序还可设定凸轮轴转速,进行配气机构耐久性试验。 The valve train dynamic characteristic and durability can be tested in the valve train test system, with the temperature and lubricating conditions being controlled. This system was composed of such five subsystems as lubricating system, circulating water system, test control system, valve train test bench and data taking analyzing system. A dynamic signal analyzer was used to increase precision of test data. Valve acceleration and valve displacement data is fused to get valve velocity without alteration. Cam shaft speed was controlled by software for durability experiment.
