树突状细胞与自然杀伤细胞相互作用研究进展

The review of NK cell and DC interactions
摘要
最近树突状细胞(DC)和自然杀伤(NK)细胞的相互作用引起各国研究人员的注意。体 内、体外试验均证实两种细胞相互作用产生细胞毒效应,并能激活、促进DC成熟和NK细胞增殖, 这些相互作用的效应在免疫反应中起重要作用。现综述NK DC相互作用机制及意义的研究进展。
