摘要 环氧化酶 2(COX 2)是环氧化酶的诱导型,是催化花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的限 速酶。COX 2过表达与肝肿瘤有密切关系,其作用机制可能涉及多个方面。选择性COX 2抑 制剂的深入研究有望使其在肝脏肿瘤的治疗方面有新的突破。
