摘要
小鼠吸入12.2—94.2mg/m^3浓度苯每日2小时,共2周,两性小鼠红细胞膜脂流动性均明显下降。雌性小鼠吸入苯一周血浆唾液酸含量随吸入苯浓度增加而升高,但红细胞膜唾液酸仅有下降趋势,而无明确剂量效应关系,也未见苯对红细胞膜 Ca^2—Mg^(2+)ATPase与 Na^+—K^+—Mg^(2+)—ATPase 活性有影响。
Mice were exposed to benzene at 12.2-94.2mg/m^3 by inhalation for two weeks.Lipid fluidi-ty of membranes in erythrocytes decreased in both male and female mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01res Pectively).The level of sialic acid in Plasma was increased with dose-effect relationshipin female mice,The level of sialic acid of erythrocyte membranes was decreased through afterbenzene treatment.But no change was found in the plasma and on the erythrocyte membranesin the male mice.No effect on the activity of Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase and Na^+-K^+-ATPase was found by benzeneinlalation.
