In this paper,the author analyzes the complexity and simplicity of volleyball technique in learners' grasping and applying as well as the relationship between them in terms of system and control principles,thereby has a new knowledge and understanding of teaching in volleyball technique and it establishes the theory basis for volleyball teaching practice.
