本研究以镇江市中山路小学薛翠娣校长为研究对象 ,采用质的研究方法 ,对她独特的教育、管理理念及其形成原因进行了分析 。

With Xue Cuidi, Headmistress of Zhongshan Road Primary School, as the object of investigation, the paper, adopting the qualitative research method, analyses her unique concept of education and management and their causes of formation. It also explores the influence of teachers' professionalization on the process of professionalization of school headmasters.
