关于幼儿教师继续教育课程建设的思考 被引量:7

摘要 幼儿教师是一个特殊的教师群体 ,其继续教育课程的设置和安排面临着诸多特殊的要求。幼儿教师继续教育课程应与其培训目标相一致 ,在充分调研、把握规律的基础上应设置与受训者需求尽可能吻合的课程内容 ,与此同时 ,在课程实施过程中还应根据培训和受训双方的多渠道信息反馈 。 Teachers of preschool education are aspecial group of teachers, the design and arrangement of the curriculum for whose continuing education are faced with many special requirements. The curriculum for their continuing education should be in agreement with the aim of training and the contents of the courses offered should be identical to the needs of the trainees on the basis of thorough investigation and awareness of the laws. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the curriculum, proper adjustments should be made in the course planning in accordance of the feedbacks from both the trainers and trainees.
