摘要
新课程改革能否达到预期目的 ,关键在教师。它要求教师在新课程理念指导下 ,实现 5个“走向” ,即备课 :从封闭走向开放 ;上课 :从“被动执行”走向“互动生成” ;提问 :从教师提问走向师生互问 ;评价 :从“一把尺子衡量”走向“多把尺子衡量” ;作业 :从枯燥走向鲜活。
Whether the new curriculum reform can reach the expected goal, teachers are the determining factors. The curriculum reform requires the teachers to realize the five “headings-for” under the guidance of the concept of new curriculum, i.e., in preparing lessons, heading from being closed for being open; in teaching, from “passively performing” to “interactively generating”; in questioning, from the teacher putting the question to mutual questioning between the teacher and the students; in evaluating, from “one ruler assessment to multi-ruler assessment”; in assignments, from dull ones to fresh and living ones.
