The Features of the Network Environment and the Strategy for Its Moral Administration

网络环境是一个全新的、不同于现实“原子”世界的环境 ,具有逼真性、开放性、自治性和符号性特征。为了解决网络环境严重“失序”的状况 ,营造一个良好的育人环境 ,从道德治理的角度可以采取 4个策略加以解决 ,即加强对网络信息的道德管理 ,加强对网络文化的道德管理 ,加强对网络德育环境的塑造和信息技术手段的道德应用。

The network environment is a brand-new environment, different from the realistic “atomic” world. It has the features of authenticity, openness, autonomy and semioticity. In order to overcome the serious “loss of order' in the network environment and develop a fine environment for cultivating people of ability, four strategies may be taken from the perspective of moral administration, i.e., strengthen the network information moral administration, strengthen the network information cultural administration, strengthen the development of network moral education and strengthen the moral application of IT devices.
