邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对大鼠睾丸、附睾及精子损伤的时间效应 被引量:1

摘要 本文报道了大鼠连续灌胃染毒200、1000、5000mg/kg/天邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4周,分别在染毒第1、2、3、4周和染毒4周恢复2周观察大鼠睾丸、附睾及精子的改变。结果发现,染毒2周开始出现睾丸、附睾严重萎缩,并伴有附睾尾精子数量显著减少;精子死亡率及畸变率明显增加。存在剂量反应及时间效应关系。精子数量、畸形、活力与睾丸、附睾萎缩存在明显相关。恢复期,睾丸、附睾及精子损伤回复到对照组水平,提示短期暴露邻苯二甲酸二辛酯对大鼠睾丸,附睾及精子损伤为可逆性毒性效应。 The toxic effects on of testes, epididymides and sperms by a continuous exposure to dioctylphthalate(DOP) were investigated. Male rats were orally administered DOP at 200, 1000, 5000mg/day for 4 weeks Toxicity-effects were also observed at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th week during expos-ure to DOP and two weeks later upon termination of exposure. The results showed DOP induc-ed considerable epididymal and testicular atrophy together with significantly increased sp-erm mortality and the ration of spermatozoon deformity and spermacrasia at 200, 1000, 5000mg/kg b.w. during exposure period. The relationships of dose-response and time-effect were sho-wn. In addition, these toxic effects were restored to control levels during 2 weeks after expo-sure to DOP for 4 wereks.
