摘要
观察了二溴氯丙烷和卡铂对小鼠和大鼠精母细胞染色体畸变率的影响,结果表明二溴氯丙烷和卡铂均可诱发小鼠和大鼠精母细胞染色体的易位,但未显著性地增加染色体断裂和断片的出现率。卡铂还可引起大鼠精母细胞性染色体和常染色体早熟分离率的升高,但对小鼠无明显影响。
The influence of DBCP and carboplatin on the frequency of spermatocyte chromosomal ab-erration of mice and rats were analyzed. The result shows that DBCP and carboplatin can induce chromosomal translocations in spermatocytes of mice and rats and did not increase signi-ficantly the frequency of chromosomal breaks and fragments. Carboplatin increases the univale-nts of auto-and sexchromosome type in spermatocytes of rats.
