摘要
通过对一起液氯泄露事故处置过程中环境监测资料的分析,确定了事故对环境的影响程度,明确指出任何污染事故只要报警及时,合理处置,都可以将事故的影响降低至最低限度,避免不必要的人员伤亡。
This paper discusses the effect on the environment caused by an account of leak from tank car,carrying liquid choline based on analysis of the data from the process of tackling the accident. It points out that the effect of the accident can be lowered to the lowest degree on condition that it is handled immediately and properly.
