摘要 用双核微核法测定香烟烟雾凝聚物对BALB/c-3T3和CHL细胞的致微核作用。结果发现香烟烟雾凝聚物可使两种细胞的微核率升高,不需S_9的活化。比较不同滤嘴对香烟烟雾凝聚物中诱变物质的清除效果,发现普通滤嘴不能有效地降低微核率,而BDT滤嘴则能使微核率降低了一半左右。 Tobacco smoke condensate incrased the frequency of micronuclei in BLAB/c-3T3. and CHLcells using cytokinesis-block (CB) method. This effect was observed without activaton by S9.The reductive effect on the frequency of micronuclei induced by tobacco smoke condensate wascompared between general and BDT filters. The results indicated that general filter can noteffectively reduce the frequency of micronuclei, but BDT filter can; and appoximately to onehalf.
