南瓜种子的催芽技术 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究了河沙、园土、珍珠岩、泥炭土对砧木用南瓜籽萌芽的影响,泥炭土较为理想。剥皮、浸泡处理均可提高南瓜籽萌芽率,二者结合处理能显著促进萌芽。种子浸泡24h后,经50mg·L-1的GA处理,可提高种子萌芽率和整齐度。 Rrsearching on the different germination percent of Cucurbita moschata Duch.ex Poir for beakiron planted into sand, gardening soil, perlite and peat,show peat is perfect marterial for germination. Peeling off the skin and dipping in water are both benefit to germination, and combining treat increase germination obviously.Treating seeds with GA50mg·L^(-1)m after dipping in water for 24h can increase the percent of germination and its tidiness.
