Analysis of the Impact of Doctors' Entering Political Circle on the Civil Servants

目前，“博士从政”已引起社会广泛关注，本文分析了“博士从政”现象，认为“博士从政”符合我国干部专业化和知识化的发展趋势，有利于提高政府的决策能力，提出了“引博入仕”需要注意的问题。同时，针对国家、地方、博士毕业生提出了相关建议。

Nowadays doctors' entering political circle is widely concerned. In this paper, the author has analyzed the phenomenon and concluded that the phenomenon meets the tendency of civil servants' specialization and being more educated. Be favour of lifing the government decision of strategic importance capability. At the same time some government departments have tried to attract doctors to the political circle and caused many problems. Here some pieces of suggestion are proposed to the central and local government and those doctors.
