本文以上海理工大学为个案,对大学新生面临的困难和出现的问题进行了分析,并对如何有针对性地开展大学新生的学生工作提出建议,以帮助学生尽快适应大学生活,顺利实现从高中生到大学生的角色转变。

The author analyzes the problems and difficulties which the most fresher barge up against in the University. She farther gives some advices to teaching staff for improving validity and pertinency of education, in order to help the fresher adapt new life as soon as possible from senior high school to university.
