摘要 大鼠CS_2动式吸入染毒,在染毒2周后血清N-乙酰神经氨酸和胫后神经β-半乳糖苷酶活性增高;坐骨-胫神经运动传导速度下降,随着染毒剂量的增加愈益明显。染毒6周后坐骨神经及胫神经神经节苷酪下降;提示血清N-乙酰神经氨酸可作为CS_2中毒的诊断指标;此外,神经组织中β-半乳糖苷酶活性和神经节苷酯含量的改变可能是神经变性的结果。 The present study was to explor neurochemical changes and the possible toxic mechanismof carbon disulfide on nervous system in rats. Sixty male Wistar rats was equally dividedinto two groups (exposure and control groups), The rats of the exposure group were exposedto carbon disulfide at increasing concentration of 900mg/m, 1600mg/m and2400mg/m, six hourper day, six day a week, for six weeks. The rats were killed by decapitation, and posterornerve were removed and homogenized for neurochemical analysis,The level of serum N-acetyl-neuraminic acid was significantly elevated, which may be used as an indicator for detectingthe adverse effect induced by carbon disulfide; The β-galactosidase activity in posteror nervewas clearly increased, and consistent with the damage of physiological function, The contentof gangliosides in the sciatic and posteror nerve was markedly decreased,These changes werecontributed to a 'dying-back' neuropathy.
