摘要
工程施工中常采用分批张拉方法把索钢组合结构中许多拉索分别张拉到各自的设计张力值 ,针对分批张拉施工技术 ,本文提出的计算方法不仅能求解初始张力为零状态下索的施工控制张力值 ,而且还能求解初始张力不为零状态下索的施工控制张力值 ,利用计算结果可使每根索张拉一次即可 ,而无需反复调整张力。工程算例表明 。
There are many cables inside a hybrid space structure . It is general to stretch all cables to their designed tensions by using a multi stage tensioning construction method.With regard to the construction method of t ensioning all cables one by one in sequence,a new method of analysis is put forw ard in this paper.Regardless of whether the initial tensile forces are equal to zero or not,all cables can be tensioned to their designed tension valuas at once ,if each cable is tensioned to its construction control tensile force as calcula ted by this new method.The results of an illustrative example,indicate that the new method can also be applied to the optimization of the pretensioning constru ction schemes.
