摘要
给出了建设供应链的定义 ,从建设过程参与者的角度建立了一种典型的建设供应链模型 ,分析了建设行业供应链的特征、属性和存在的问题。基于供应链管理的定义和基本原理 ,对建设供应链管理进行了界定。从关系管理的角度提出了包括承包商 (供应商 )选择、冲突管理、风险管理、创新管理、绩效管理五个关系管理主体和一个信息支撑系统的集成化建设供应链管理框架 ,为在建筑业成功应用供应链管理提供了参考。最后对传统的建筑管理方法和集成化建设供应链管理方法进行了比较分析。
The concept of construction supply chain (CSC) is defined firstly.Then the auth ors depict a typical construction supply chain model from the perspectives of pa rtners involved in construction process,analyze the characteristics and attribu tes of CSC,and identify some problems in CSC.Based-on the definition and princ iples of supply chain management (SCM),the concept of construction supply chain management (CSCM) are also described in detail.From the perspective of relatio nship management,a framework for integrated CSCM is developed to guide the effe ctive implement of SCM in construction industry, which includes contractor (supp lier) selection,conflict management,risk management,innovation management,perfo rmance management and information supporting system.Finally,traditional construc tion management approaches are compared with integrated CSCM approaches.
