摘要
2003年4月22日,在集美龙舟池的6个采样点采集沉积物进行小型底栖动物数量和有机质质量百分比的初步研究.结果表明:龙舟池中的小型底栖动物种类主要是自由生活海洋线虫、少量的桡足类和一定数量的多毛类.线虫的密度变化范围为7.6~29.9个/cm2,最高值出现在主要排污口,49%~75%的数量分布在表层2cm,这种分布与底质中的有机质质量百分比成正相关(r=0.635>r0.05=0.576,差异显著).
The meiobenthic community was quantitatively studied with samples collected at six sampling sites in Jimei Longzhou pond on April 22,2003,in the muddy-silt beach.The copepoda and oligochaeta were few.The free-living nematodes were the main group of meiofauna,varying from 76 to 29.9 inds/cm^2. The nematodes appeared most at the site of main pollution source and in the upper 2 cm of sediment. There was significant correlation between vertical distribution of species numbers and the organic matter in sediment (r =0.635>r_(0.05)=0.576).
