摘要
利用台达PLC(DVP-20EX)控制烤烟房的鼓风机开关、风门和天窗的开度,从而使烤烟房的温度和湿度的走势满足设定的曲线.同时配备人机界面(TD210),可方便设定相关参数、显示相关参数和温度、湿度走势图.采用该控制系统提高了烤烟房的控制水平和烟叶的烤制质量,从而增加了烟农的收入.
This paper makes an analysis of the application of Delta PLC (DVP-20EX) to control the fan, wind-ostium and clerestory in the flue-cured tobacco house to make its temperature and humidity agree with what has been set. By using the interface (TD210), we can easily set the parameter and make it show the diagram for the system parameter, temperature and humidity. And by using the control system to improve the control level and the quality of the tobacco, we can also increase the peasants income.
