山东省医务人员艾滋病防治知识调查

A survey on AIDS related knowledge among medical workers in Shandong Province

目的 了解山东省医务人员掌握艾滋病知识的现状 ,为进一步做好医务人员的艾滋病知识培训工作提供依据。方法 抽取省、市、县级医疗机构的 10 80名医务人员进行艾滋病知识的问卷调查。结果 医务人员艾滋病知识综合知晓率为 72 8% ;对艾滋病的一般知识回答正确率均 >88% ;对专业性较强的艾滋病知识 ,如艾滋病病人的诊断、病原体的消毒措施等掌握较差 ;有关艾滋病的法律法规知识严重缺乏 ,只有 2 7 1%的人能正常回答“责任疫情报告人”的概念 ;医务人员知识水平的高低与所在医疗机构的级别及他们的专业、文化程度相关 (P <0 0 1) ,与年龄、性别和专业技术职称无关。结论 医务人员对艾滋病一般知识掌握较好 ,对艾滋病专业知识掌握不够 ,应加强艾滋病专业知识的培训。

Objective To understand the current AIDS related knowledge level among medical workers in Shandong Province and to provide evidence for improving their relevant training.Methods One thousand and eighty medical workers were chosen from medical institutions at provincial and city levels to fill in AIDS related questionnaires.Results The percentage of the right answer about AIDS knowledge was 72.8%.The medical workers well mastered general knowledge related to AIDS,such as pathogens,transmission routes,and the rate of correct response was above 88%;they were less aware of specialized knowledge related to AIDS,such as the diagnosis,sterilization to remove the pathogens,Nevertheless they were largely short of legal aspects of AIDS related knowledge.only 27.1% of medical workers properly understood the conception of “the person responsible for reporting epidemic”.The knowledge levels about AIDS were closely associated with the ranks of the hospitals where they worked,and their personal education level and specialities.There were no association with the age,sex and the professional title of the medical workers.Conclusion The AIDS related knowledge is not sufficient among local medical workers and relevant training should be strengthened.
