摘要
对棉籽油生物柴油(CME)、菜籽油生物柴油(RME)、大豆油生物柴油(SME)及其与0#柴油的调和油的低温流动性能进行了研究,并确定使生物柴油丧失低温流动性的主要因素。结果表明:从组成、凝点和冷滤点来看,上述生物柴油的低温流动性优劣顺序为:RME>SME>CME及0#柴油;随着温度的降低,3种生物柴油的动力粘度快速增加,是使生物柴油丧失低温流动性的主要原因。
The paper studied the low temperature fluidity of biodiesel and the major influencing factor. Biodiesel includes CME, RME, SME and oils that blending with No. 0 diesel fuel. The results showed that the good order of previous biodiesel was RME>SME>CME and No. 0 diesel for the low temperature fluidity by compositions, solidifying point and CFPP. With the temperature dropped, the dynamical viscosity increased so quickly that biodiesel and its blending oil lost the low temperature fluidity.
