摘要
研究了在常温下保鲜剂AmistaiDip(从澳大利亚引进的生物保鲜剂)不同浓度处理对哈密瓜采后生理的影响。通过定期对处理后贮藏哈密瓜呼吸速率、果胶酶活性、乙烯释放等生理指标的测定来说明保鲜剂对哈密瓜衰老过程中的作用,并探讨其保鲜效果的优劣。用保鲜剂AmistaiDip处理,并用PE(聚乙烯)保鲜膜包装(MA条件———自发气调贮藏)经30d的贮藏后,结果表明:浓度为100mg·kg-1的AmistaiDip可明显抑制哈密瓜的呼吸作用、果胶物质的降解和乙烯的释放,延长哈密瓜的寿命,延缓其衰老。
The physiological influence of Amistai Dip with different density on the Hami Melon under normal atmospheric temperature was studied. After the physiological index of breathing speed in preserving Hami Melon, the vigor of pectin, release ethylene etc. were treated regularly and the effect of the antistaling agent was discussed. The Hami Melon treated with Amistai Dipantistaling agent and packed with PE plastic wrap, after preservation of 30 days, the preservingresult indicates that Amistai Dip with density of 100 mg·kg^(-1) can obviously suppress breathing of the Hami Melon, degradation of pectin material, releasing ethylene, lengthening the life-span of the Hami Melon and delaying it to be feeble.
