摘要
从职业学校学生心理特征及发展任务看,职业学校的教育教学和学生管理工作应侧重于运用心理学、教育学与社会学的知识,科学地了解职业学校学生;以多元智能理论为指导,科学地评价学生心理状况;学生工作应由"管理型"转向"服务型",深入开展学生的心理健康教育和职业指导工作。
The authors analyze the mental characteristic and the developmental task of vocational school students, put forward that the teaching and students' management in school should focus on using psychology, pedagogy and anthropology knowledge and understand vocational school students scientifically, evaluate students' mental condition scientifically with the guidance of Multi-intelligence theory, transfer students work from controlling style to serving style and further to develop the mental health education and vocational guidance work.
