摘要
新学徒制是澳大利亚职业教育与培训的人才培养模式之一,经过百年的发展已形成了自己的特色。本文通过对澳大利亚新学徒制的发展历程、双元"体系和培训特点等方面的分析和介绍,以对我国职业培训的发展有所启示。
The new apprenticeships system is one of the talents training patterns of the vocational education and training in Australia and forms its own feature developed for one hundred years. The author expects to inspire the development of the vocational training in China by analyzing and introducing the developing history of the new apprentice system,the characteristics of the double system and the training in Australia.
