摘要
在培养"双师型"职教师资方面,日本实行双专业学位职业资格制,通过"产学合作"模式培养;乌克兰实行双证书制,通过"4+1"模式培养。其启示在于:重视立法,建立相应的职业资格制度;明确培养目标,构建独特的课程设置体系;构建多样化师资培养体系。
In Japan, a double-major degree vocational qualification system is carried out in training the dual-functional teachers and it's trained by the pattern of the cooperation of the industry and school. Ukraine adopts a double-certificate system training and it's trained by the pattern of '4+1'. We can benefit that from such aspects in China, such as, focus on the legislation work, set up a vocational qualification system for dual-functional teachers, make sure the training target, construct the multi-category training system and a special curriculum provision system.
