高等教育投资是人力资本投资,具有显著的生产性;高等教育属准公共产品,兼有私人效益和社会效益;高等教育的私人性和生产性使市场化理财成为可能;大众化高等教育加速了市场化理财的进程。
Higher education investment is human capital investment, obviously it's of productivity; higher education belongs to quasi-public product, it has both the private and social benefit; the properties of privacy and productivity of higher education makes market financing possible; the popularization of higher education speeds up the process of market financing.
