高校基层党建存在的问题与工作思路

The existing problems and the thoughts of the party's construction in the university

"三个代表"重要思想是新的历史条件下,高校党建工作的根本方针。按照"三个代表"重要思想的要求,分析当前高校基层党建中存在的党员思想观念、党支部建设和师德教风等三大主要问题及原因,提出以龙头工程、基础工程、堡垒工程分别抓好领导班子、教师党员队伍、基层党支部等三方面建设的高校基层党建的工作思路。

Under the new historic situation ,the 'three represents' are the important fundamental principle in the Party's construction in the university. According to the thoughts in 'three represents', the article analyses three existing problems and causes among Party members, i.e. ideology, branches of grass-roots construction, ethics of the teaching personnel and the manners of education. The article puts forward the thought of paying special attention to the construction of the school leading groups, the teacher's Party members and the Party branches of grass-roots.
