摘要
从企业并购中融资结构的角度出发,通过对比分析当今最为典型的银企关系模式的优缺点和发展趋势,结合中国企业的发展现状,提出了投资银行在企业并购中的发展战略发展方向。
This paper analyses virtues and defects, and development orientation with financial structure about the typical relationship between the bank and the corporate; it puts forward the strategetic development of the investment bank in firm M&A according to China present situation.
