摘要 提高外语学习者的元认知能力对于外语学习者具有重要意义。元认知可以分为五个方面的基本 技能:1学习的准备和计划;2选择使用学习策略;3监控策略的使用;4对各种策略进行整合;5对策略使用和 学习进行评价。这五个方面都需要老师去示范,以便于学生的掌握。 Improving foreign language learners' metacognitive skills is of great importance to foreign language learners. Metacognition can be divided into five primary components: (1) preparing and planning for learning, (2) selecting and using learning strategies,(3) monitoring strategy use, (4) orchestrating various strategies, and (5) evaluating strategy use and learning.
