本文从师资管理工作的实践出发。提出了市场经济下高校师资管理的核心所体现的十个方面。阐述了高校师资管理首先应该以人为本,以学科梯队建设为核心。指出了面对新的发展机遇和严峻挑战,高校师资臂理工作今后应当努力的方向。

Based on the actual experience in Teaching Staff Administration, this paper points out ten aspects embodying the core of university Teaching Staff Administration under the market economy system, arguing that u-niversity Teaching Staff Administration should take humanity as the basic principle and set as ite core work the building of the academic echelon. Finally, it points out the direction that university Teaching Staff Administration shoulf follow being faced with new developing opportunity and great challenge.
