为了从"根本"上铲除恐怖主义滋生的温床,从政治、经济、思想、文化等方面对中东国家和伊斯兰世界的实施控制。伊拉克战争后,美国推出了国际性计划即:"大中东民主计划",旨在通过外交、文化、经济改革,以美式民主和价值观遏制、淡化伊斯兰教的影响。"中东民主化改造"是美国独霸世界战略的重要组成部分,它的出台和实施必将震荡国际社会。

In order to uproot radically terrorism,and control the Islamic countries in the middle east on the economy, thought, culture etc, after Iraq War, the United States proposes an international plan, namely, 'US's Greater Middle East Initiative (GMEI)'. The purpose of the plan is to suppress and downplay the Mohammedan influence by transforming of the diplomacy, culture and economic with the democracy and Value of the United States. The transformation is an importance part of the strategy that the United States dominates world, which, being implemented, will shake up international society.
