摘要
随着经济体制改革和管理方式的不断变化,国有企业也面临着组织结构重组和管理理念重建等问题。文章就扁平化、柔性化和松散化的涵义以及国企如何借鉴它们来调整内部组织结构和管理手段提出了自己的观点。
As the economic system reform develops and the management pattern continuously changes,state-owned enterprises also meet the problems such as the reestablishment of the organization structure and management concept. In this text, I will give my opinion about the connotation of flation, softness and relaxation and how the state-owned enterprise study to adjust inner organization structure method.
