摘要
文章以国家资源安全内涵及其基本走势的分析为切入点,通过对影响国家资源安全的主要因素的分析,在充分考虑中国资源形势的基础上,探讨了保障国家资源安全的理性选择问题。
With analysis of the connotation and fundamental situation of national resources security as the starting point,this article probes into the rational choice of national resources seacrity by analyzing the primary factors which influeace the security of national resources,and thoroughly considering the concrete situation of resources in China .
