摘要
针对研发型项目建立了相应的多指标综合评价体系,并引入改进后的B-P神经网络模型算法对研发项目进行综合评价。为多项目选择提供依据,避免了项目选择过程中的主观影响和不确定性。
This paper established the multiple attribute synthetic evaluation system for R&D project and introduction of improved error back propagation training artificial neural network (B-P neural network) algorithm for synthetic evaluation method of R&D project. This method can provide foundation for selection of multi-project and turn away subjective influence and uncertainties of traditional methods.
