摘要
为了加强对车祸受害人利益的保护,许多国家规定了机动车事故赔偿基金制度。文章首先介绍了世界范围内有关机动车事故赔偿基金制度的立法状况,其次阐述了该制度的具体运用,最后提出了在我国完善机动车事故赔偿基金制度的立法对策。
To strengthen the protection of the victims' interests of the motor vehicle accidents,many countries stipulate the system of compensation fund for motor vehicle accidents.The author of this article first introduces the world legislative situation about the system of compensation fund for motor vehicle accidents ,then illustrates its concrete application,and finally proposes the legislative countermeasure to perfect the system of compensation fund for motor vehicle accidents in our country.
