西藏旅游产业的发展,不但要注重开发利用山水风光、文物古迹,更要注重开发民俗文化资源,充分发挥自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源二者的互补互促效应,促进西藏旅游经济的可持续发展。

To develop Tibetan tourism, we should not only put emphasis on cultivating natural scenery and historical relics, but also on the cultural resource of folk custom, then fully bring the mutual benefit and promotion of tourist and human resources into effect, hence promoting the continual development of Tibetan tourist economy.
